DUO Range and Pricing

The DUO provides a complete telephone training system and can be expanded into a trio to make use of the TUTOR CHECK facility. Playback of training is made through the audio recorders or the optional loud speaker making the system very versatile.

The SINGLE DUO includes a pair of deskphones, an audio recorder, control box and all the connections. It is very simple to set up and use. Everything, including the phones can be run on batteries, ideal for trainers who need to be able to offer a training course outside the UK or indeed out of the normal office environment. The DUO is designed to work over long distance, and LETA connection points can be unobtrusively installed within your training rooms thus minimising hazardous and unsightly cables.

The equipment can also be supplied as a DOUBLE DUO or a TREBLE DUO (see table below). However, any configuration is available to suit your requirements.

Whether you want to train just two people or a group spread over several rooms the DUO range is a convenient and effective training tool.

The DUO is ideal for a variety of training styles:

• Relay the live role-play of one pair of trainees to the rest of the group through the optional loudspeaker or give pairs of members of a group a telephone so that all can role-play simultaneously.
• Play a recording for all to hear or ask trainers to listen to the playback of their recordings through the telephones. Nobody is disturbed by overhearing someone elses recording, and trainees need not move to a central point to listen to the recording.
• Trainers can listen in or participate in tests through the TUTOR CHECK facility.
